Here comes the sun...

Our charity partner Club Peloton has launched its summer programme of rides and events for property cyclists, including a tempting tour of Italy.

Here's a message from Club Peloton, and some highlights from the programme. All details and registrations available here.

"We hope you had an enjoyable Easter break. After what feels like a very long winter, the clocks have finally gone forward and we're looking forward to enjoying lighter mornings and evenings. Now, if it would just stop raining...

"As the days get longer, your thoughts might be turning to cycling more, and we have everything from coffee rides to multi-day challenges both at home and abroad to tempt you. At our core, we are a community of like-minded individuals who love cycling... so get involved and join us."

Ride, network & fundraise your way to UKREiiF

UKREiiF connects people, places and businesses to accelerate the Levelling Up Agenda, whilst unlocking sustainable, inclusive and transformational investment across the UK. This three-day event brings together the public sector – with every core UK city and region involved – alongside Government, investors, funders, developers, housebuilders and more.

Cycle to UKREiiF is returning for the third year running with the support of SLR and Hawkins Brown. Starting from either Oxford or Edinburgh on Saturday 18th May, each route will take on some of Britain's most spectacular countryside over three days, before the two routes join together outside Leeds and arriving together at the Corn Exchange on Monday 20th May, the day before the conference begins.

Poland beckons for pedElle

From 12th-16th June, pedElle - our ride for women in real estate - heads to Poland for some stunning cycling through some of its most beautiful regions. Prior the ride, you'll be fully supported in your training and fundraising, so that you can make the most of cycling and networking while on the event. pedElle is renowned for its supportive and inspiring environment, so if you've always wanted to become a pedEller, now's the time.

Explore Italy this September

Explore 2024 is our new flagship ride for those in the property industry. Taking place from Rimini to Rome on 25th-29th September, the ride combines a mix of peloton riding and smaller selected group riding sessions. Explore 2024 will bring together a targeted cross-section of the real estate industry for three days of riding and networking, while raising money to build activity zones at four children’s oncology centres throughout the UK. Discounted entry for NextGen participants is available when purchased alongside a full price place.

Ride with one of our regional hubs

Club Peloton Edinburgh is now live for regional members of our community in Edinburgh and Scotland, providing a place for you to meet, network, organise and join rides, and socialise with other property professionals in the region. The first coffee ride - led by Richard Foxley (HTA) and Emily Baigent (TFT) - takes place on 19th April.

Coffee rides are open to all abilities, and the group rides as fast as the slowest rider, regrouping at the top of the hills. You will need to be a member of the Hub to join these rides.
