A lumpy day in the dales

The challengers pick up the pace after a day off

A lumpy day in the dales

Over 160km today, and 3,600m of climbing. "After a rest day in Hawes, we have a very lumpy morning as pick off the remaining climbs in The Dales," Dom said.

"We then head up the spine of the North Pennines before an overnight stay in The Lake District."

Velocity is covering the 100 Climbs Challenge, in which three incredible cyclists (and friends of V) are cycling Britain's greatest climbs: a 5,300km, 29-day ride for charity. Follow the route, find out how to donate and/or ride with the 100 Climbs Challengers here.
