Hills? What hills?

The challengers “enjoy” Black Mountain and recall old friends in Swansea

Hills? What hills?

Day seven: what's so tough about this ride? These guys just spend all day smiling... Don't let video appearances deceive you - this was a 170km day of four of Britain's biggest climbs, totalling 2,812m. One of them is called Black Mountain, which is no one's idea of happy. Just 'cos they're smiling doesn't mean they're not hurting.

Velocity is covering the 100 Climbs Challenge, in which three incredible cyclists (and friends of V) are cycling Britain's greatest climbs: a 5,300km, 29-day ride for charity. Follow the route, find out how to donate and/or ride with the 100 Climbs Challengers here.
