Kick those January blues by joining us at team sponsor HTA’s offices for the Cycle to MIPIM Social Evening.
Meet fellow riders and industry colleagues over drinks and nibbles. There will also be a Q&A session so you can ask ride captains and the Club Peloton team any burning questions to get you ride-ready.
Please RSVP to confirm your attendance using this link.
Planning firm Barton Willmore’s almost-annual tour of the delightful New Forest in Hampshire. On the road for 9am to take on an 80-90km loop, including a lovely coffee stop, before finishing back at the hotel for lunch.
A hot buffet lunch will be provided before you head off (hopefully before the traffic builds too much). The hotel is located two-minutes cycle from Brockenhurst station. Pre-ride breakfast is provided from 8am. Parking available on site for the day.
Anna Beckett and Andy Yates of engineer Webb Yates lead a ride out of north London for Cycle to MIPIM trainers. Meeting at Wenzel’s the Bakers in Archway for 07:30, rolling out at 07:45 sharp.
This ride will be 136km and is suitable for everyone: we will always ride as fast as the slowest rider.
The route heads north into Hertfordshire before turning East towards Essex. After a stop in Sawbridgeworth the route heads back west, through rolling countryside to Broxbourne, before heading back into London.
Coffee at Mint Cafe at 66k and/or at the end. Drop-out options via stations at Sawbridgeworth (68km), Broxbourne (101km), Potters Bar (118km).
Please register via the Club Peloton website using this link before you ride.
A couple of weeks away from our first event of 2020, we are hosting informal drinks on 30 January from 18:30 – 20:30 at the Vermuteria Bar in Kings Cross.
If you are available to join us for a drink then please do. Phil Cavell from Cyclefit will be joining us to talk about essential winter training in preparation for the lighter spring days.
Also joining us will be LoveVelo cycling holidays, who have organised our spring training trip to Girona. The evening will provide a great opportunity to hear more about our plans for the season and meet other members.
We will provide a complimentary drink and tasting platters. Vermuteria has also offered a plat du jour supper menu to include a glass of wine at £15.00 pp, if you decide to stay for supper on the evening. No advance bookings are required.
