Long and sceneic and wet and lumpy... but a pleasure. That's Dom's summary of the four climbs amounting to 3,198m on the 182km stage six, from Bath to Aberdare, as the 100 Climb Challenge enters Wales.

Today a new support team has joined the challenge - as have Nick, Andrew and Tom, who are "all legends," according to Dom; but "absolutely bat-shit crazy," according to their friends. As Graham points out, though, they are at Bristol University researching cancer, one of the causes for which the Challengers are fundraising.

Velocity is covering the 100 Climbs Challenge, in which three incredible cyclists and friends of V are cycling Britain's greatest climbs, in a 5,300km, 29-day ride for charity. Follow the route, find out how to donate and/or ride with the 100 Climbs Challengers here.
